Additives, colourants, and VCI compounds are precisely blended with base polymer for desired properties.

Extrusion
The melted polymer is pushed through a die to form continuous flat or tubular film sheets at controlled thickness.

Cooling & Calendering

Cutting & Slitting
Film rolls are precision-slit to required widths and cut into bags, rolls, or sheets as per customer specifications.

QC & Dispatch
